About Nicole

Families often come to her when challenges are affecting school, behavior, or day-to-day functioning, but the full picture is not yet clear. Through both evaluation and therapeutic work, she helps identify patterns, clarify what’s going on, and provide recommendations that are practical and actionable.
Nicole takes a collaborative, family-centered approach, working closely with children and their parents through both evaluation and therapy to create meaningful, lasting change. Using evidence-based and play-based strategies, she focuses on building understanding, emotional skills, confidence, and independence in ways that translate to everyday life.

Nicole’s work is structured, collaborative, and focused on helping families better understand what their child is experiencing.
She takes into account both assessment data and real-world context from home and school to build a complete picture of how a child is functioning. Whether through evaluation or ongoing therapy, the goal is to provide clarity in a way that feels practical and easy to apply.
Nicole partners closely with families to support emotional growth, coping skills, confidence, and independence while helping parents reinforce strategies that create meaningful and lasting change.
