Families often come to her when their child is struggling with feelings, behavior, or day-to-day stressors, and they are looking for a safe and supportive space to work through those challenges. Through therapy, she helps children better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and improve how they navigate relationships and daily life.
Bethany’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and client-centered practice, combining CBT, solution-focused techniques, and strong advocacy to support emotional growth and meaningful, lasting change.
